## JUCE

PIXEL ARC uses JUCE 8 as an external build dependency. JUCE is not copied into this project. JUCE is offered under its commercial licence and AGPLv3 terms; choose and satisfy the terms that apply to your distribution before publishing or distributing this plug-in. ## PIXEL ARC source

No distribution licence has been selected for the PIXEL ARC source. This project is an early development handoff; do not infer a commercial redistribution grant from the build files.

## VST3 SDK

The plug-in format support is provided through the JUCE checkout's VST3 implementation. No separate proprietary VST3 SDK binaries are bundled.

## Signalsmith Stretch and Signalsmith Linear (evaluation only)

These MIT-licensed headers remain in `ThirdParty` for evaluation. PIXEL ARC v0.4.40 does not compile or call them. Their license texts are included in `ThirdParty/signalsmith-stretch/LICENSE.txt` and `ThirdParty/signalsmith-linear/LICENSE.txt`.

## Rubber Band evaluation source

The `ThirdParty/rubberband` checkout was used to evaluate the Rubber Band LiveShifter in v0.4.41. PIXEL ARC v0.4.42 no longer compiles or links it; the installed VST3 has no Rubber Band dependency. The upstream source and license are retained in the development tree for reference. Rubber Band is available under GPL-2.0-or-later and a separate commercial license; any future use or distribution must comply with its `COPYING` terms and [licensing page](https://breakfastquay.com/rubberband/license.html).
